Is there a delivery charge?

Yes, there is a $30 delivery fee, and $30 pickup fee within 15 miles. Farther distances will be subject to the IRS mileage rate.

What are the payment options?

You will be invoiced electronically. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due prior to pick-up/delivery. Your event date/rentals are not reserved unless a deposit has been made. 

How do I get an estimate for signage?

When you contact us with your project, we'll discuss a few elements of your event including date, venue, signage surface (wood, chalkboard, acrylic, glass, etc.), design & style (rustic, elegant, calligraphy, etc), examples of a certain style you are seeking. Pinterest is a great resource for inspiration on sign art.
Once your ready to place an order, you will be invoiced electronically.

Can I provide my own chalkboard/mirror? How do rentals work?

Yes, if you have your own piece at home, I'd love to write on it!  :)


I have a variety of rentals available. Rentals can be dropped off or picked up at my Lynn, MA location and are due back within 2 business days after your event. Rental fees are waived on custom orders. 

My budget for signage isn't a lot...can you work with me?

Weddings, parties and celebrations can be costly. I enjoy bringing everyone's ideas to life and am happy to offer alternative signage examples to fit all budgets.

What if I don't see what I'm looking for in your recent work?

I'm happy to try out new concepts, materials and ideas! Let's work together to make your idea come to life :)

How far in advance should I book?

Ideally, 4-8 weeks in advance. For larger, custom orders or mirror rentals, I suggest at least 2-3 months. Easels are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Where can I find my own mirror/chalkboard/surface?

Check your basement, or storage. That old mirror collecting dust might be the perfect mirror for your event. :)


HomeGoods and antique shops are excellent places to find beautiful mirrors. Amazon, Etsy and Hobby Lobby have a great selection of chalkboards.

 

Returns & Exchanges

CANCELLATIONS / RETURNS / EXCHANGES:  In Love and Signage does not accept returns or exchanges. We do not accept cancellations for custom orders, since this type of order requires a great deal of time to discuss, create, and make availability for. Thank you for your understanding!

If you are ready to place an order, please complete a contact form and I will be in touch within 24 hours.


FOR CUSTOM ORDERS: 

  1. Complete a contact form.

  2. We will discuss the details of your order & custom designs

  3. An estimate will be sent to you electronically.

  4. Once approved by you, we will move forward with booking and you will receive an invoice. Your custom invoice expires within 5 business days. 

  5. Payment is due at the time of booking.


Due to multiple inquiries, dates can fill up fast. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee an event date will be available. The only way to secure your date and reserve your rentals is by making your non-refundable 50% deposit. The remaining balance will be due prior to delivery/pick-up. 

In Love and Signage does not accept returns or exchanges. But if you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us so we can see how to help!
